1. Where does UK Hypermart deliver?

We currently offer:

  • Same-day delivery within Quetta
  • Nationwide delivery across Pakistan

Quetta: Orders placed between 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM in Quetta are eligible for same day delivery.

Nationwide: We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

  • Processing Time: 1–2 working days
  • Delivery Time: 2–5 working days (depending on city)
  • Remote areas may take slightly longer

2. What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charges depend on:

  • Your location
  • Order value
  • Selected delivery method

Quetta orders may qualify for discounted or free delivery on a minimum purchase.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

4. How do I know if a product is in stock?

All available products are marked as “In Stock” on the product page.

If an item is unavailable:

  • It will show as “Out of Stock”
  • You may not be able to add it to the cart.
5. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, but only before dispatch.

To modify or cancel your order:

  • Contact our customer support immediately
  • Provide your Order Number

Once your order is dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

If you receive:

  • Damaged product

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Product photo

For Quetta orders:

  • Our team may contact you before delivery.

For nationwide orders:

  • Tracking details will be shared once dispatched.

8. Do you offer bulk purchase discounts?

9. What is the cutoff time for nationwide orders?

There is no strict cutoff time for nationwide orders.

However:

  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM are usually processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM may be processed the next working day.

Processing does not include Sundays or public holidays.

10. What happens if I miss my nationwide delivery?

If you are unavailable:

  • Courier may attempt delivery again.
  • You may receive a call from the rider.
  • After multiple failed attempts, the order may be returned.

To avoid issues, ensure your:

  • Phone number is correct
  • Address is complete
  • Someone is available at the delivery time

1. What happens after I place my order?

Once your order is successfully placed:

You will receive:

  • An order confirmation email and Whatsapp message
  • Your unique Order Number

You have to confirm your order, then your order will be dispatched.

2. How long does order processing take?

For Quetta Orders

  • Orders placed between 11:00 AM and 10:00 PM are processed the same day.
  • Orders may be dispatched within a few hours, depending on order volume.

For Nationwide Orders

  • Processing time: 1–2 working days
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM may be processed the next working day.
  • Sundays and public holidays are not counted as working days.

3. How can I track my order?

Quetta Same-Day Orders

  • Our delivery team may contact you before arrival.
  • Real-time courier tracking is usually not required for local delivery.

Nationwide Orders

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number.
  • You can track your parcel via the courier partner’s website and on the order tracker.

After Dispatch

  • Quetta orders may not be cancelled once out for delivery.
  • Nationwide orders cannot be cancelled once handed over to the courier.

To avoid inconvenience, contact us immediately if cancellation is required.

  • Missing item

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Clear photos of the item
