By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following return terms:

• Return requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

• A clear parcel opening video is mandatory for claims related to damaged, missing, or incorrect items.

• Items must be unused, unopened, and returned in original packaging.

• Delivery charges are strictly non-refundable.

• Perishable goods, grocery items, hygiene products, and opened items are not eligible for return.

• Approved refunds for prepaid orders are processed to the original payment method only.

• Refunds for COD orders are issued via bank transfer or store credit.

• Refund processing time may take 5–10 working days depending on the payment provider.
